In our wire forming department, we bend, wind, and coil wire into complex shapes to meet customer specifications. The department is equipped with over 45 machines capable of forming round wire from .005 -.162 diameter, shaped wire, or flat material up to .100 thick by .300 wide. Most machines have integrated part sensing, for loop/shank position, diameter control, and bend verification.
